Get fit and play rugby! 

Looking to get fit in a space that welcomes all shapes, sizes and personalities? Then the Lowlanders M team might just be the place for you! We welcome all shapes, sizes and personalities to the team. Our coaches Sophie and Maurizio focus on the development of players from all levels to ensure everyone has a place on the pitch. 

Lowlanders M XV play in the regular Dutch competition for homebase the Amstelveense Rubgy Club.  At the end of the season we also participate in international LGBTQ tournaments such as the Bingham Cup and Union Cup where we are qualified to play at the highest tier.
